am7xxx: add quirks for Philips/Sagemcom PicoPix 2055

The Philips/Sagemcom PicoPix 2055 does not support some operations:
  - setting the power mode confuses the firmware
  - setting the zoom mode has no effect whatsoever

Disable these operations.
