New experimental HSR routine

 * Use some topology cache to speed up calculations
 * Use python's xrange() instead of range(), should be faster
 * Implement progress indicator functionality
 * SVG output is now SVG 1.0 valid
 * Support shadeless materials
 * Add support for multiple lights setups
 * Implement Newell algorithm for HSR
