Makefile: fix warnings when compiling with clang++

Clang does not support some options and gives warnings:

  warning: unknown warning option '-Wunsafe-loop-optimizations';
  warning: unknown warning option '-Wunused-but-set-variable';

So add them only when the compiler is not clang.
