kinect_upload_fw: disable some compiler flags

Disable some compiler flags to be more compatible with older setups:

  - vanilla libusb-1.0.8 makes compilation fail with -pedantic-errors

  - gcc versions older than 4.6 do not have -Wunused-but-set-variable
